Return and Exchange Terms
Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a notification via email, and our logistics partner will arrange for the product to be picked up within 24-48 hours.
Pick-Up Process

Two pick-up attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the item to our warehouse at your own expense. No that reverse pick-up services depend on availability in your area.
Processing Timeline

Upon receiving your product, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). If it passes QC, your request will be processed further.
Exchange Policy

If the required size is unavailable, you can choose an alternate product or receive a gift card equivalent to the purchase value. This gift card can be redeemed at our physical stores or online.
Refund Policy

Refunds for returns will be issued as a credit note after QC approval. Credit notes will be sent to your registered email and can be used for future purchases
Product Condition Requirements

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items returned with visible signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Terms
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

COD orders can be canceled only if they have not been dispatched.
Prepaid Orders:

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as gift cards valid for six months. Gift cards can only be redeemed online or in-store and are non-refundable.
Shipping Charges:

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Return/Exchange Eligibility
