Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please allow 24 hours for processing your order, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Ensure all details are accurate before completing checkout. G.G.O.D does not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. All orders are dispatched from MUMBAI, India.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Due to high demand, some items may become unavailable even after your order is placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued either to the original payment method or via check mailed to the address provided. Refunds to the original payment method typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be canceled by G.G.O.D at any time.
Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Note that orders may experience delays during special releases, holidays, or sale periods.
Pre-Order Policy

Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary 4–7 day standard delivery within India.
International Shipping
G.G.O.D provides worldwide shipping. Delivery duties and fees depend on the destination. For inquiries, contact ordersupport@ggod.com. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express/UPS/Courier. Please allow additional time for the 24-hour processing window, as delivery times are not guaranteed. Contact your local customs office for estimates on additional fees.

Once proof of delivery is provided, G.G.O.D is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.
